Flan: Amazing custard dessert
Heat .5 cups of water and 1.5 cups sugar in pot over medium heat until it reaches a golden color. Coat a baking pan with sugar. (This prevents the custard from sticking to the pan.)
Combine 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk, 6 eggs, 750ml whole milk and 1tbs vanilla extract. Blend and pour into baking pan.
Put the baking pan with custard into another baking pan filled with warm water. Cover custard with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another hour.
Let sit in the fridge over night.
